Week 6
I began designing the central component of my human-hand phone stand. This stage took the longest, as I needed to ensure that the form closely resembled a human hand while also functioning effectively as a support for a phone. This required careful adjustment of the angle and structure to provide stability and proper positioning.
I added five rectangular connectors to help the components fit together like a modular system. For the thumb, I designed an additional base and attached it using a similar interlocking approach so that it resembles a thumb while remaining functional. I plan to complete this part by next week.
